Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients:

Hot Crab Dip

  • 1 lb imitation crab, shredded
  • 3 to 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
  • or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
  • 1 bunch parsley, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 quart mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Preheat electric oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  3. Place in a 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Serve with assorted crisp vegetables or crackers.

Makes about 8 cups.
