Hot Crab Dip
- 1 lb imitation crab, shredded
- 3 to 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
- or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
- 1 bunch parsley, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 quart mayonnaise
