- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/2 lb imitation crab, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vietnamese hot chili sauce
- Garlic toast slices
