Hot Seafood And Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Hot Seafood And Potato Salad

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 8 water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup flaked crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1 lb potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat electric oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, egg, soup, pepper, onions, and water chestnuts.
  3. Gently mix in crab, shrimp, and potatoes.
  4. Put into a 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  5. Combine bread crumbs and butter.
  6. Sprinkle over seafood mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.

Makes 6 servings.
