Island Baked Beans
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup tomato-based barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger root
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 cans (16 oz size) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
