Jermaine's Country-Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

Jermaine's Country-Style Pork Ribs

  • 5 pounds country-style pork spareribs
  • 1 large piece ginger root, crushed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce

Directions:

  1. Place spareribs and ginger in a large sauce pot; add water to cover.
  2. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until tender; drain.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate ribs overnight.
  4. Broil or grill while basting with sauce.

Makes 8 servings.
