Jordan and Jensen's Yummy Mud Pie
Crust:
- 32 Oreo cookies (remove the cream filling and crush the cookies)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened
1st layer:
- 1/2 gallon Breyer's coffee ice cream, softened
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
2nd layer:
- 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1 box (4 serving-size) chocolate instant pudding
Topping:
- 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping such as Cool Whip, thawed
- Chopped nuts
- Top mud pie with whipped topping and nuts.
