- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat a 9" x 13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, coconut milk, and vanilla.
- Add egg mixture and lilikoi butter to dry ingredients and mix by hand until smooth.
- Pour mochi into pan and bake for 1 hour.
- Cool, cut and serve.
