Kalua Pig Nachos with Lomi Salmon

Ingredients:

Kalua Pig Nachos with Lomi Salmon

  • 1 (16-ounce) container kalua pig
  • Hawaiian salt to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (14-ounce) container of your favorite homemade or premade lomi salmon
  • 1 (13-ounce) bag of your favorite tortilla chips
  • 1 bunch green onion, minced

Siracha aioli:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Siracha to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and siracha to taste; set aside.
  2. In a medium pot, heat kalua pig with Hawaiian salt and water on medium high heat.
  3. Plate nacho chips.
  4. Top with kalua pig, lomi salmon, drizzle aioli on top and sprinkle with green onions.
  5. Serve with pickled veggies.

Makes 6 servings.
