Kalua Pig Nachos with Lomi Salmon
- 1 (16-ounce) container kalua pig
- Hawaiian salt to taste
- 1 cup water
- 1 (14-ounce) container of your favorite homemade or premade lomi salmon
- 1 (13-ounce) bag of your favorite tortilla chips
- 1 bunch green onion, minced
Siracha aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Siracha to taste
