- In a large bowl, combine sugar, shoyu, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and Chinese five spice.
- Add chicken and marinate for 24-36 hours.
- On broil setting, cook chicken until cooked (internal temperature should be at least 165°F and juices run clear).
- In the meantime, in a large pot of boiling water, blanch baby bok choi; drain.
- To serve, place chicken on plate and lay baby bok choi over top.
