Kona Coffee Gelatin

Ingredients:

Kona Coffee Gelatin

  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 3 tablespoons instant Kona coffee crystals
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  2. Stir in coffee and sugar.
  3. Add condensed milk.
  4. Pour into an 8-inch square pan.
  5. Cut into serving pieces.

Makes 16 servings.

90 calories, 2 g fat, 1.5 g saturated fat, 10 mg cholesterol, 35 mg sodium, 15 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 15 g sugar, 4 g protein
