Korean Hamburgers

Ingredients:

Korean Hamburgers

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 10 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) won bok kim chee, finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form into patties; grill, broil, or pan-fry to desired doneness.

Makes 10 servings.
