Lemon Barbecued Chicken
- 2 broiler-fryer chickens, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lbs each
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
