Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Cream with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients:

Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Cream with Fresh Fruits

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen lilikoi juice, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh cut assorted fruits like banana, melons, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries

Directions:

  1. In large bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup of the sugar.
  2. Add lilikoi juice and beat until smooth and creamy; chill for 20 minutes.
  3. In small bowl of electric mixer, beat cream; add remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold into lilikoi mixture.
  5. Spoon over fruit.

Makes 6 servings.
