Limu Stuffed Baked Fish

Ingredients:

Limu-Stuffed Baked Fish

  • 6 fish filets (any white fish of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup shoyu
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 cups ogo, chopped in to 3 inch pieces, divided
  • 1 round onion, diced
  • 6 ti-leaves

Directions:

  1. In a baking pan, coat fish filets with shoyu.
  2. On each filet, place 1 strip of bacon, 1/2 cup ogo.
  3. Evenly sprinkle diced onion and shoyu over each filet and fold them in half.
  4. Wrap each filet tightly with ti-leaf.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve on a platter with shoyu.

Serves 6.
