- 3 cups fresh seasonal local fruits, such as mango, lychee, or star fruit, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon almond extract to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, reserve 1 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
