- Heat wok or skillet; add oil.
- Brown ground pork; add garlic, green onions, ginger, and chili paste; stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add tofu, wine, the 1 cup water, salt, soy sauce, and sugar; cook for 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, stir together the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water to make a slurry; stir into wok and cook for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle Szechuan peppercorn powder and Chinese parsley on top; serve while hot.
