Mango Lassi (smoothie)
- 2 cups fresh mango, chopped
- 2 cups full fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons local honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water (available at health food stores)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Mint to garnish
- 1 cup of whole milk (as needed)
