Mango Macadamia Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Mango Macadamia Nut Ice Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups mango puree
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Whip cream and sweeten with sugar.
  2. Combine mango puree, nuts, and lemon juice; fold into whipped cream.
  3. Pour into freezing tray and freeze until firm, or freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.

Makes 6 servings.
