Mango Mousse

Ingredients:

Mango Mousse

  • 3/4 cup ripe mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:

  1. Combine mango pulp and lemon juice.
  2. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour into freezing tray or mold and freeze until firm.

Makes 6 servings.
