- Preheat electric oven to 425°F.
- Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
- Place half of the mangoes into prepared pie plate.
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice, nutmeg and cinnamon; sprinkle half of mixture over mangoes.
- Add remaining mangoes and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
- Dot with butter.
- Cover with remaining pastry.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
