Mango Salsa
- 1 can (30 ounces) whole tomatoes, chopped with juice
- 2 large bunches cilantro, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Hawaiian salt or to taste
- 6 large fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 whole sweet Maui onion, (chopped)
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped jalapenos, including juice
- 1 cup firm ripe mangoes (Hayden variety recommended), peeled and diced
