Mango with White Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Cups

Ingredients:

Mango with White Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Cups

  • 1 cup mango dessert sauce (available at Y. Hata/Hans Weiler Foods)
  • 24 assorted chocolate shells (available at Y. Hata/Hans Weiler Foods)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Braun white chocolate mousse mix (available at Y. Hata/Hans Weiler Foods)
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place mango dessert sauce into a squeeze bottle; partially fill chocolate shells with sauce; set aside.
  2. In large bowl of electric mixer, whip heavy cream; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the mousse mix and water.
  4. Fold whipped cream into mousse mixture; spoon into a piping bag with a star tip and pipe mousse into chocolate shells.
  5. Garnish with slices of mango.

Makes 24 dessert cups.
