- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Fontina cheese (may substitute Gruyere or Gouda)
- 10 fresh basil leaves, washed, dried, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
