Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Mystery Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon miso (fermented soybean paste)
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Dash white pepper

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thirds medallion-style
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

Directions:

  1. Combine oyster sauce, sesame oil, miso, ginger, garlic, green onion, and pepper.
  2. Reserve 1 tablespoon marinade for Crunchy Salad.
  3. Marinade pork in remaining marinade for at least 15 minutes or longer.
  4. In a skillet, heat oil; fry pork until done.

Makes 3 servings.
