Mari’s Gardens Microgreen Salad
- 1 cup Mari’s micro greens mix
- 1/2 cup Mari’s micro pea tendrils
- 1/2 cup Mari’s spicy micro greens mix
- 1 large Mari’s Katana tomato, cut into cubes (may substitute with regular tomatoes)
- 1 small Mari’s Chioogia beet, thinly sliced (may substitute with regular beets)
- 1/4 cup pine nuts (optional)
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
