- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salad oil for frying
- Flour
- 5 eggs, beaten
