Miniature Meat Balls

Ingredients:

Miniature Meat Balls

  • 6 pound lean beef, ground
  • 3 quarts soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into small balls.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet.
  4. Fry meatballs until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve with food picks.

Makes 100 meatballs (50 servings, 2 meatballs each).
