Mocha Bites

Ingredients:

Mocha Bites

  • 1 cup pitted dates (about 12)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolates chips
  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, place dates and blend until a paste forms.
  2. In a medium bowl, add date paste, oats, chocolate chips, coffee and chia seeds.
  3. Mix by hand until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Place bowl in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container or freeze for up to 4 months.

Makes 10 energy bites.
