Mochiko Chicken

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1/2 cup mochiko
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped ginger
1/4 cup chopped garlic
5 pounds chicken pieces

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Add mochiko, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, salt, green onion, ginger, and garlic; mix well.
  3. Add chicken and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Pan fry, broil, or grill the chicken until done.

Makes 8 servings.
