MoeJoe's Stir Crazy Lilikoi Bars

Ingredients:
Crust:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 sticks cold unsalted butter
Filling:
6 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup fresh lilikoi juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine flour, powdered sugar and butter to make a crumbly mixture.
- Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix eggs, granulated sugar, flour, and lilikoi juice together.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake for 25 minutes longer.
- Let cool.
- Cut into 3" squares.
Makes 24 bars.
