- Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
- Stretch and press dough to fit prepared pan making a 1-inch rim on all sides.
- Cover pan with a dish towel and set in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat electric oven to 450°F.
- Remove sausage from casings.
- In a skillet, crumble sausage and brown lightly; drain well.
- In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano and pepper.
- Spread over dough.
- Top with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and olives.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
