Pan Seared Sterling Silver Tri-Tip of Beef

Ingredients:

Pan Seared Sterling Silver Tri-Tip of Beef

  • 1 lb Sterling Silver® tri-tip of beef steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
  • 4 teaspoons cracked McCormick® peppercorn melange

Directions:

  1. Rub steaks with oil.
  2. Combine salt and pepper; press into steaks.
  3. Cook to desired doneness, slice and dip into Hamakua Mushroom and Cheese Fondue.

Makes 4 servings.
