- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- In a large saucepot, bring corn syrup and sugar to a low boil, then add peanut butter and blend well.
- While syrup is hot, add rice cereal.
- Mix well and pat into prepared pan.
- For the frosting, melt the butterscotch chips, milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add powdered sugar; blend well and spread over bars.
- Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 24 bars.
