Pecan Wild Rice

Ingredients:

Pecan Wild Rice

  • 3 pkg (6 oz size) wild rice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat electric oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place in a casserole, cover, and heat for 30 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
