- Cut meat 1/4-inch thick in serving pieces; brown slowly in oil, adding onions and garlic last few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add to meat, and simmer 25 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and green pepper; cook 10 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients; stir into meat mixture.
- Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly, or until thickened.
- Serve with hot rice or noodles.
