Pineapple Salsa
- 2 cups diced pineapple*
- 5 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 bunch Chinese parsley, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Serrano chile, seeded and diced or
- 1/2 teaspoon Japanese 7-pepper spice mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
