Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients:

Pineapple Sherbet

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add pineapple and juices.
  3. Pour into plastic tub container, cover and freeze until firm.
  4. Stir once during freezing.

Makes 6 servings.
