Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients:

Pineapple Sorbet

  • 1 medium pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Freeze in an electric ice cream freezer or pour into a shallow pan and freeze.
  4. Return to blender; blend until smooth.
  5. Pour back into pan; freeze again.

Makes 6 servings.
