- Mix the chives with ground pork and add all the seasonings.
- Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Put a small spoonful of filling into the center of the pi.
- Wet the edges of the pi with water and seal tightly.
- In a large skillet (with lid) heat oil, over medium-high heat.
- Place dumplings in pan and cook till golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and quickly cover (oil will splatter so be careful), cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with black vinegar or chili garlic dipping sauce.
Makes approximately 24 dumplings.
