- 8 (6 ounces each) center-cut pork chops
Marinade:
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 inch ginger root, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Salsa:
- 2 cups finely diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely diced onions
- 1 to 3 Hawaiian red chili peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
