- Marinate pork in 2 tablespoons of tamari.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of lard in sauté pan on medium high heat.
- Add in pork and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove pork and set aside.
- Add remaining lard, ginger, and garlic to the hot pan.
- Stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add in mushrooms and peppers.
- After a few minutes, add pork back to pan.
- Remove from heat once everything has become tender.
- Drizzle remaining tamari and serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: Render lard using a slow cooker with fat previously ground by your local butcher.
