Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Spice Cake

  • 1 box (18.5 ounces) spice cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can (15 ounces) canned pumpkin

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle topping mixture.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. Cool.

Makes 20 servings.

Topping: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
