Quick Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

Quick Corn Chowder

  • 1/4 pound bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
  • 1 can (16 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of potato soup
  • 2 1/2 cups Island Fresh milk

Directions:

In a large pot, brown bacon. Add onion; sauté until lightly browned. Add chicken broth, corn, soups and milk. Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
