Quick Microwaved Chicken
- 3 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 envelope (0.7 ounce) Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons salad oil

Place chicken, skin side down, in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven on high power for 8 minutes. Turn chicken pieces, skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high power for 8 more minutes. Uncover and cook 2 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
