Rice-a-Roni Salad

Ingredients:
1 box (6.9 ounces) RICE-A-RONI® Chicken Flavor
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 pound shrimp, cooked, shelled, cleaned, and diced
3 stalks green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Prepare RICE-A-RONI according to package directions; cool.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well; chill.
Makes 6 servings.
