- 2 tablespoons sake (Japanese rice wine)
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black beans, soaked
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chinese parsley, coarsely chopped
