Sauteed Pumpkin
- 2 lb pumpkin
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried shrimps, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
