- 1 pound aku (skipjack tuna)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup blanched and chopped limu kohu (seaweed)
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seed
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Hawaiian red pepper, seeded and minced
