- Mix all ingredients except the dim sum skins in a bowl.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling on the center of each skin.
- Gather up the edges of the wrapper and gently pleat so that it forms a basket shape, with the top of the filling exposed.
- Place the siu mai into a steamer, making sure they do not touch each other or they will stick together when cooked.
- Steam for 20 minutes over high heat until cooked.
