- 4 pounds country style spareribs
- 2 cups sliced ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
